Prologue
Subliminal had always felt uncomfortable around the elven aristocrats, he usually came to guard or on an errand for the farstriders. But today was different; they had summoned him. He slowly walked up towards the sunspire getting looks of disgust from the guards. He knocked on the door and waited for a butler to open it. He waited for a few seconds and the huge door opened, unasisted. He frowned at the reckless use of magic. at continued through the halls towards the council room.
As he entered the room a well dressed elf welcomed him. To be polite he greeted the elf back.
" You took your time" an elf said as subliminal sat down .
"There was a bit of a commotion with the farstriders, anyway what do you want?" Subliminals voice was light and cheerful. Everything was going well and he had almost forgotten everything about the scourge; well everything people told him about the scourge.
" Prince Kael'thas sends word. There is a device, made by these "Naaru" it lets you unravel secrets of the past, forgotten secrets...
Chapter 1
A hooded figure is perched up in a tree, watching the guarded caravan go past.
The mix of Draenei and Kaldorei guarding the caravan chat as they travel through the forests of ashenvale.
"We take this to Astranaar, yes?" said a rather large Draenei to the elven huntress next to him.
"Dont speak so loud!" the elf replied "These forests aren't safe anymore." the Elf leaned in and whispered "Yes, we are taking it to astranaar"
The hooded figure, unable to understand much of their converstaion grinned when he heard Astranaar. In one swoop jump he leapt from one tree to another and slid down to the path, un noticed by the caravan.
Chapter 2
The hooded elf slouched in a tree. He gazed at astranaar from abovive watching the caravan being taken into the town. He had noted down all of the guards positions and their patrols. Everything was ready.
Now he needed an army.
The elf flew down from the tree and soared like an eagle onto the white wolf below. He getly kicked it and at once the wolf dashed through ashenvale. The trees around the elf were a blur, the wolf its self a white streak on the eyesight of any onlooker.The wolf lept across the river, its fur smoothed back and landed with a snarl and ground to a halt. The bent elf patted the wolf on the head and the wolf slowly sped up once again.
The wolf charged into ogrimmar in a frenzy of snow white fur and began to bask in the heat of the rising sun. The elf removed his hood and gently stroked the wolf's fur. at once the wolf slowed to a steady walk. and the elf slowly made his way home.
