2. ground rules
-Policy for recruitment after initial application: IC meeting followed by obtaining 3 letters from different officers in return for tasks completed.
-If a guild member does not speak to anybody at all or is ooc in /s, /g or /yell or does not get involved in any form of rp, that person will be gkicked. This is an rp guild and the minimum expected is the social rp explained by Zangomah:
http://www.thetheatreofcruelty.com/foru ... .php?t=109 http://www.thetheatreofcruelty.com/foru ... .php?t=110 http://www.thetheatreofcruelty.com/foru ... .php?t=111 -We are here to have fun. A comedy aspect can be expected in our rp (ie, Monty Python/ Terry Pratchett style)
-Promotion within the guild needs to be earned. Low levels will gain Promotion for demonstrating at least some ability to rp. Higher levels will be expected to show some commitment to the development of the guild (wether that be by coming up with ideas for events, organising same, helping run the forum etc.)
-Ranks as follows:
Black Oak (rank level= Guild Master): the boss, a nominal title named after the infamous criminal "The Black Oak of Orgrimmar"
- Opathu
Officer Ranks:
Deaths Jester -- the chosen elite to assume command when the Black Oak falls
Seventh Star -- the inner council ((based on triads))
Fourth Wind -- the outer officers ((as above))
Guild members:
Harlequin -- the crazy jesters who do the jobs no-one else can, often assassins, usually bodyguards for the Black Oak (( loners/enigmatic))
Made Guy -- like the sergeants of the guild, they've risen in rank to be trusted. You can't wack them without permission from the boss
Wise Guy -- a low-ranking but still trusted member
Blood Dancer -- the slovenly sluts, male or female, that may dance and do unspeakable things for us and guests
Bouncer -- does what it says on the tin
Alts & new recruits:
Extra -- the cast of extras that die by droves ((the red-shirt security guards on "Star Trek" ^^))
